Nephat Muwe is the Country Manager for Agregar Technologies in Kenya, responsible for driving market expansion, strategic partnerships, and positioning Agregar as the RegTech and digital verification provider of choice across the Kenyan market.Prior to his appointment as Country Manager, Nephat served as Head of Data Partnerships at Agregar Technologies, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening Agregar’s data ecosystem, building high-impact partnerships, and supporting multi-market expansion initiatives. His contributions were instrumental in enhancing product depth, regulatory alignment, and partner trust. Nephat brings over eight years of experience in the identity verification, background checks, and data services space in Kenya. Before joining Agregar, he worked at Peleza International, one of East Africa’s leading background verification companies, where he gained deep hands-on experience in verification operations, client delivery, and compliance-driven data services across banking, fintech, insurance, and enterprise sectors. In his current role, Nephat leads Agregar Kenya’s commercial strategy, enterprise and government engagement, regulatory positioning, and local operations. He works closely with financial institutions, fintechs, telcos, insurers, and public sector entities to deliver secure, scalable KYC, KYB, AML, background verification, and RegTech API solutions tailored to Kenya’s regulatory environment. Nephat is known for his strong industry relationships, execution-focused leadership, and commitment to building trusted, compliant digital identity infrastructure across East Africa.
