Adelaide Ogoe is the Chief Operating Officer at Agregar Technologies, responsible for operational execution, regulatory compliance, delivery performance, and cross-functional coordination across all business units and markets. She ensures the seamless translation of strategy into execution, driving efficiency, scalability, and consistent service delivery across Agregar’s pan-African operations. With a strong background in compliance, risk management, information security, and customer experience, Adelaide brings a well-rounded approach to operational leadership. Prior to Agregar, she served as a Business Information Security Officer at Concentrix, where she led risk assessments, compliance programs, and security governance initiatives. Adelaide holds a BA in Political Science and an LLB from the University of Ghana, equipping her with deep expertise in governance and regulatory frameworks critical to the evolving RegTech landscape.
