Harry Baiden is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Agregar Technologies, leading the company’s mission to transform digital identity verification, compliance, and customer and employee onboarding solutions across Africa. With over 15 years of combined experience across telecommunications, banking, retail, automotive, and ride-hailing sectors, Harry brings deep expertise in business strategy, sales, finance, and technology innovation. His career includes key roles at Patrick Auto Group, Wells Fargo, and T-Mobile, as well as a pivotal advisory role in Yango’s successful market entry and expansion in Ghana. Harry is an alumnus of Virginia Union University with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing. A recipient of the 2021 Ghana 40 Under 40 Award, he has been instrumental in designing and leading Agregar’s suite of AI-powered KYC, KYB, AML/PEP screening, credit referencing, and identity verification solutions. Under his leadership, Agregar Technologies empowers financial institutions, fintechs, telcos, insurers, and enterprises to scale securely, meet regulatory requirements, and drive Africa’s digital transformation.
