Wendell Neequaye

Wendel Neequaye is the Country Manager for Agregar Technologies in Ghana, responsible for leading market strategy, commercial growth, strategic partnerships, and operational execution in Agregar’s home and primary market. Prior to his appointment as Country Manager, Wendel held senior commercial and operational leadership roles within Agregar Technologies, where he played a key role in driving client acquisition, strengthening enterprise relationships, and supporting the rollout of Agregar’s digital identity, verification, and compliance solutions across multiple sectors. Wendel brings extensive experience across digital identity, background verification, compliance, and enterprise technology services, with a strong understanding of Ghana’s regulatory and operating environment. His work has spanned engagements with banks, rural banks, savings & loans, microfinance institutions, fintechs, insurers, corporates, and public sector organizations, enabling him to bridge technology, regulation, and real-world operational needs.In his current role, Wendel leads Agregar Ghana’s commercial execution, key account management, regulatory engagement, and market operations. He works closely with financial institutions, fintechs, telcos, insurers, and government stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant KYC, KYB, AML/PEP screening, background verification, and RegTech API solutions tailored to Ghana’s regulatory landscape.Wendel is recognized for his execution-driven leadership style, strong stakeholder management, and commitment to building scalable, trusted digital verification infrastructure that supports financial inclusion, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance in Ghana.
